With the first projects to be developed under the Live Local Act well underway, we will review the salient legal, political, and practical issues affecting its objective to make multifamily residential housing more attainable for Florida's essential workforce. We will give insight on how the Live Local Act is shaping local real estate markets across the state and what lessons can be applied to other states and cities in considering similar laws to jumpstart the provision of more attainable housing.
