FACILITATE A ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION
Vibrant discussions, idea sharing, and impactful connections
The California Housing & Community Development Conference invites submissions from Housing Authorities or Local Government Agencies to facilitate a roundtable format discussion, allowing for direct interaction with conference attendees. It's an opportunity for presenters to highlight their region's housing challenges, showcase project initiatives, and share any pertinent news with professionals in the industry.
The "Open House" Roundtable Hour is designed to enable meaningful connections early in the conference. Participation is at no cost, and below are some key details:
• Objective: Facilitate engaging, informal conversations between public sector housing leaders and attendees, focusing on housing challenges, opportunities, and initiatives.
• Benefit: This event serves as an avenue to highlight your authority's work, address housing issues, and explore potential collaborations, all within a lively and productive setting.
• Format: Roundtable discussions last 30 minutes, allowing attendees to participate in up to two different conversations within the 60-minute event.
• Each presenter is assigned a table with proper signage and will have seating capacity for 10 people.
• While not necessary, presenters have the option of distributing handouts, presentations, or any other information they'd like to share. If you prefer, digital copies can been given to us and we'll make them available online to all attendees.
• Timing: Scheduled for the hour just before our lunch break on Tuesday, December 3rd, maximizing accessibility and engagement.
