What are the check-in details?

The conference registration desk is located in the Platinum Ballroom Foyer on the 3rd floor of the JW Marriott Hotel.

Where can I view the detailed agenda?

What are the parking rates for the conference at the hotel?

Attendees driving to the hotel will have special event parking rates of $28/day (including all taxes and fees) for parking until 11 PM. After 11 PM, the overnight parking fee of $66 (inclusive of taxes) will apply.

What meals are provided during the conference?

  • Tuesday, December 3: Coffee and breakfast, lunch buffet, and evening cocktail event with hors d'oeuvres (no dinner).
  • Wednesday, December 4: Coffee and full breakfast (no lunch).

Do I need to pre-register for the sessions at the conference?

All conference sessions are open to attendees. We encourage you to participate in as many sessions as possible to maximize your experience. Consult the complete agenda or access our event mobile app for more information.

Do I need to wear my name badge?

Yes, name badges must be worn at all times as they are your ticket to all sessions and meal functions. If you lose your badge, please visit the registration desk for assistance.

Will there be filming and photography?

Yes, portions of the conference will be filmed and photographed. These may be used on our website, LinkedIn feed, and other social media.

Will media representatives be attending the conference?

Media representatives may attend open sessions, but no formal press passes will be issued for the event. If media is present, their access is through a pass purchased as a general attendee.

What is the cancellation and substitution policy for the conference?

All registration sales are final with no refunds for cancellations. However, substitutions are allowed if made prior to badge pickup and before the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference. The deadline for substitution requests is November 22, 2024.

Do you have a substitution policy?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a substitute from your organization. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to contact@housingconferences.com no later than November 29, 2024. Note that badges are non-transferable post-printing, and badge swapping is strictly prohibited.

Can I view the attendee list?

The attendee list will be emailed to registered participants one week before the conference, but it can also be requested by emailing: contact@housingconferences.com

How can I order electricity or other services?

Where can I pick up my items shipped to the hotel?

Front desk of hotel. Their Shipping & Receiving Team will deliver packages to conference rooms, meeting rooms, lobby area and guestrooms of The RitzCarlton and JW Marriott Los Angeles LA LIVE.

Can I ship items out of the hotel?

Yes, the inhouse FedEx Office offers pack and ship services, along with packaging materials for purchase. Each outbound package must have a completed carrier airbill. Complimentary FedEx Express® shipping boxes and airbill forms are available. Coordination for third-party courier pickups should be arranged directly with those vendors and FedEx Office informed about the details. An outbound handling fee applies to all packages and freight.
